*Yes, please always place your order regardless of the stock availability. If needed, we will then obtain stock for you right away and advise of the expected delivery time. You can then still cancel your order, if the delivery time is not acceptable.

*Yes, if the foreign currency exchange rate fluctuates by more than 5% the price will be revised on your invoice. If this happens, you will have the right to cancel your order.

*The standard lead time is 6 to 8 weeks unless otherwise stated. This is a worst-case scenario.

*Delivery for products in stock will take 1-2 business days after payment is reflecting on our side.

*Product training for certain products can be supplied. This is quoted separately on request. Goods freight and insurance costs, as well as the technicians travelling, transport and reasonable accommodation costs for delivery, installation and service purposes will be for the customer’s account and are not included in the price.
